Ultracom BizBasic Plan - $99* per month

Ultracom Extra Phone Lines - $14.99* per month

If you require more than 1 phone line for your business, simply add to your Plan choice. Business customers should note there may be other charges for hardware necessary to ensure their telephone system meets business requirements.

Note: If you exceed your data cap, you will be charged by the Mb up till you reach $11.99** then you will be automatically allocated a 5Gb data package. This allocation will again be generated as you exceed the extra data allocated. This equates to $12.00** for 5Gb Data Packs.

Note: Number porting fee and purchase of an Ultracom router are additional to connection the fee.

Note 1: Service Supplied
The minimum contract term is 12 months. The customer acknowledges that any claims made about speed of service are based on Effective Information Rate (EIR) and not guarantees of Committed Information Rate (CIR). 1 x IPv4 address is supplied per connection. /30 (5 addresses) and /30 (8 addresses) are available at additional cost if required.

Note 2: Data Charges
A fee of $12+GST per 5Gb bundle shall apply to excess charges.

Note 3: Internet
We will strive to provide national and international internet speeds to the customer commensurate with the Service/s ordered and will advise the customer of the likely performance level at the time of order. Multi-location speed tests will be available to the customer to provide ongoing assurance of performance as and when the customer wishes.

Note 4: No Data Caps
This service is only available to schools and educational facilities, and is subject to Ultracom reasonable use and abuse policies.

Note 5: Connection Fee
$99/199+GST Connection Fee shall apply for the supply and installation of the wireless broad band & phone connection device. The Connection Fee excludes configuration of customers LAN or PC.

Note 6: Connection Fee
$99+GST Connection Fee shall apply for the supply and installation of the wireless broad band & phone connection device. Fees shall be as
follows:

• 12 month contract: $99.00+GST
• 24 month contract: $47.50+GST
• 36 month contract: Nil.

Connection Fee excludes configuration of customers LAN or PC.
